União de todos é o remédio
Nosso personagem de hoje é Neemias. O significado de seu nome é bem sugestivo: consolo de Deus ou Deus consola. Um livro leva seu nome no Velho Testamento. Vale a pena ler com a perspectiva de liderança. É usado como referência até hoje por cursos de capacitação nessa área.
Como copeiro do rei, não se conformou em ver a cidade de seus pais abandonada. Solicitou ao rei liberação para ir reconstruí-la. Recebendo, saiu para a tarefa. A partir daí, temos uma linda história de gente que deseja realizar o bem.
Em determinado momento, Neemias percebe que o povo estava desunido e conclama: “E disse eu aos nobres, aos magistrados e ao restante do povo: Grande e extensa é a obra, e nós estamos apartados do muro, longe uns dos outros. No lugar onde ouvirdes o som da buzina, ali vos ajuntareis conosco; o nosso Deus pelejará por nós” - Neemias 4.19-20. E assim o povo consegue a grande vitória de ver reconstruída a cidade.
Em todas as áreas da vida é preciso união. Juntos, somos mais fortes. Nenhuma empresa ou instituição, até mesmo a família, sobreviverá sem a união de seus componentes.
Encorajo você a se unir com ideais nobres para as tarefas empreendidas. O caminho será mais fácil.
